Labiaplasty revision surgery for a patient requesting a more defined labial edge and more labia to be seen. She had a prior Barbie Look Labiaplasty and has changed her mind and wants a Hybrid Look Labiaplasty. The concept of Grooving and Feathering is shown. The patient also suffered from dyspareunia when a band formed at the introitus that was firm and painful to stretch. This band was released without needing sutures at the end.
