Labiaplasty revision surgery for a patient requesting a more defined labial edge and more labia to be seen. She had a prior Barbie Look Labiaplasty and has changed her mind and wants a Hybrid Look Labiaplasty. The concept of Grooving and Feathering is shown. The patient also suffered from dyspareunia when a band formed at the introitus that was firm and painful to stretch. This band was released without needing sutures at the end. These are CORE skills every Cosmetic Gynecologist will need to master to be able to manage the most difficult labiaplasty/vaginoplasty/perineoplasty complications and requests for various looks to be achieved.
