Dr. Alinsod shares his knowledge, developed over decades, for performing safe, beautiful, and consistent labiaplasties using radiofrequency tools in an office setting with the patient awake. This is the presentation all of Dr. Alinsod’s graduates have seen during their live On-Site preceptorships. The concept of the Rim/Hybrid/Barbie Look labiaplasties are defined. Tools of the trade are discussed and shown. Dr. Alinsod shares his original surgical technique developed in 2005, refined over two decades, and performed while the patient is awake.
